Organic Red Chilli

Organic whole red chilies refer to dried mature red chili peppers/pods from various cultivars. Common varieties include ancho, chile de arbol, cayenne, New Mexico chile. They range in size from 2-6 inches long with wrinkled, leathery red skins when dried. The flavor can range from mild to intensely hot depending on the chili variety.
